NEW CLOSE DELILHA started the day by winning a very strong class of 11 Maiden Heifers, followed this sucess by taking the Heifer Championship and then stood as the Overall Reserve Breed Champion.

DELILHA and NEW CLOSE DAPHNE were selected by the judge to enter the Interbreed Team of Three competition together with Hawthorn Dotty Dom, who had stood 2nd in the Maiden Heifer class behind DELILHA.

This well balanced team went on to be awarded the Interbreed Championship.
